I certify that I am 21 years of age or more. I understand that I am responsible for my consumption of alcoholic beverages and I agree to drink responsibly at Treasure Coast Blues Society (TCBS) sponsored activities, and to secure safe transportation to and from those activities. I understand that other TCBS members, officers, directors & meeting hosts, and their families, friends, and associates are not liable in any way for any incidents resulting from my behavior or my consumption of alcohol before, during or after TCBS sponsored activities. I absolve all those mentioned above of any responsibility for my conduct or actions. TCBS reserves the right to refuse membership to any person that the officers feel exhibit a lack of responsibility for their own wellbeing, including but not limited to drinking to the point of intoxication before, during or after TCBS meetings, sponsored functions and/or other activities. TCBS reserves the right to expel without recourse any member it feels does not live up to the standards set forth.
